Jeff Brown is a highly skilled professional with over four decades of experience. Since 1989, he has proudly
resided in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, where he and his wife,
Jon Ellen, have raised their family.
As the Broker in Charge (BIC) of
the United Country office in Winston-Salem, he oversees the firm's real estate
and auction services. Jeff leads a team of specialized Realtors® and
Auctioneers who assist clients in buying or selling a diverse range of properties,
including country homes, farms, estates, manufactured homes, and the auctioning
of personal property. United Country Real Estate, established in 1925, is the oldest Real
Estate and Auction company in the United States. Jeff's firm serves the
Piedmont and Foothills of North Carolina.
Throughout his career, Jeff has
maintained a passion for marketing, sales, and advancing affordable housing, which began in 1975 when
he sold his first mobile home to a young couple seeking economical housing in
rural West Virginia. Today, Jeff continues to assist people in achieving their
dream of homeownership by implementing a proprietary plan that eliminates
common surprises, ensuring clients have the peace of mind they deserve. He has
coined the phrase "Success Requires a Plan," and his proprietary
Listing Plan backs it up.
As a licensed Auctioneer, Jeff provides his clients with advanced methods of selling real estate. With the recent introduction of 'Kickstart 2023,' an innovative online method for selling real estate, Jeff foresees a bright future for affordable homeownership.
