Gloria loves her job! It’s a good thing since she is celebrating two years of being affiliated with United Country Carolina Properties, and forty six years in real estate. She has been licensed in Missouri, Florida, Virginia and Washington, DC selling all types of properties from resort area homes and land to high-rise condos.
The best part of selling in North Carolina is the beauty and variety of the land. From the coastal properties of the East to the mountains of the West, there is a perfect place for anyone wanting to make a move. She finds joy in searching for clients’ dream property whether it is a country home, unimproved land for a dream home or recreation, a lake front home, or golf course community.
Then there is the most satisfying part…meeting the great people that live here or want to live here. Negotiating and closing a transaction is the grand finale when the clients receive the deed or keys to their dream.
She knows this firsthand…she is living the dream on a small acreage with a ranch style home and a barn for her two horses. Let me go to work for you to make your dream come true!
Trey began to develop a passion for the outdoors at an early age. He spent much of his youth hunting with his dad and grandfather. Early on, he began to foster an appreciation for the land because of the enjoyment and experiences it brought him. In 2006, Trey graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. In 2016, he completed the MBA program at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Trey has an extensive background in sales and account management from his professional career with four fortune-500 companies.
Trey’s passion for the outdoors and his sales background naturally evolved into real estate; in 2015 he began to acquire and develop his own tracts of land for recreational and investment purposes throughout North Carolina. Trey enjoyed the processes of buying, selling, and making land improvements to his own properties. Therefore, he decided to get his real estate license so he could help others navigate the sometimes-intimidating process of buying and selling real estate. Since then, he has spent countless hours walking tracts of land, evaluating the highest and best use for each unique property. He actively works with sellersand buyers in all forms of real estate, but specializes in land, homes with acreage, farms, and recreational/hunting properties.
Trey and his wife (Krystal) have two kids (Easton and Everly). They enjoy spending time together as a family outdoors. Boone, NC is one of their favorite places to enjoy the outdoors, especially in the fall and summer. During his free time Trey enjoys many types of hunting and spending time with his dad and son on their family farm in Anson County. If you're looking to buy or sell recreational and lifestyle land or country homes in the Piedmont or Triad area, Trey is your go-to agent. He lives the lifestyle and understands the dream. Matthew grew up on the land and in the outdoors on a grain operation in Kentucky. Here he learned the value of hard work and developed a love of the outdoors, the land, and working with his hands. After moving to NC in 2010, he spent a number of years in different facets of the construction industry before entering the real estate business in 2015. As a Land Professional, Matthew understands the dream of owning land big enough to run and play, keep animals, till the soil, hunt, fish and just get away from the daily hustle and bustle. He is passionate about managing land well, a trait he learned from his father who taught himself extensively on the proper management of soil, nutritional balance, and soil health. He is also a level1 QDMA Deer Steward and is always working to improve his knowledge of wildlife and habitat managemement.
Matthew and his wife, Mari, with their three children, currently reside in Woodleaf, NC, along with their Border Collie named Dixie. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything that gets him outdoors. He plays guitar, sports, and enjoys woodworking (particularly rustic décor and furniture) and smoking and curing meat. His top values are God, Family, and integrity
A note from Matthew: Whether you are buying or selling real estate, you want a top agent on your side that will get the deal done on your behalf and to your greatest advantage. Few things are more frustrating than working with someone that you're not even sure you can trust, so I take that pretty seriously. I have never yet had an unhappy client. I look forward to working together with you to meet and exceed your goals in Real Estate!
