Matthew grew up on the land and in the outdoors on a grain operation in Kentucky. Here he learned the value of hard work and developed a love of the outdoors, the land, and working with his hands. After moving to NC in 2010, he spent a number of years in different facets of the construction industry before entering the real estate business in 2015. As a Land Professional, Matthew understands the dream of owning land big enough to run and play, keep animals, till the soil, hunt, fish and just get away from the daily hustle and bustle. He is passionate about managing land well, a trait he learned from his father who taught himself extensively on the proper management of soil, nutritional balance, and soil health. He is also a level1 QDMA Deer Steward and is always working to improve his knowledge of wildlife and habitat managemement.
Matthew and his wife, Mari, with their four children, currently reside in Woodleaf, NC, along with their Border Collie named Dixie. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything that gets him outdoors. He plays guitar, sports, and enjoys woodworking (particularly rustic décor and furniture) and smoking and curing meat. His top values are God, Family, and integrity
A note from Matthew: Whether you are buying or selling real estate, you want a top agent on your side that will get the deal done on your behalf and to your greatest advantage. Few things are more frustrating than working with someone that you're not even sure you can trust, so I take that pretty seriously. I have never yet had an unhappy client. I look forward to working together with you to meet and exceed your goals in Real Estate!

Growing up in the Appalachian Mountains you have many valuable life lessons instilled at a very young age. An appreciation and knowledge about the land around you are one of the most important of those lessons. With every one of my clients, I make the promise that they will not find another real estate agent that has the same level of respect and admiration for their property as I do. The reason that I am involved in real estate is because of the strong connection I have with the land around me and my desire to help people. My goal with every real estate transaction is to provide my clients with an outcome that satisfies their needs first and foremost.
To tell you a little bit more about myself I am an avid outdoorsman and a fourth-generation farmer. I enjoy hunting of all kinds and also enjoy fly fishing. Throughout the summer I also do a considerable amount of hiking and camping as this is another thing that I am very passionate about. Academically speaking I graduated from Madison High School in Marshall North Carolina in 2016 and attended Mars Hill University for four years and graduated in 2020 with my bachelor's degree in business administration.
If you are looking for a real estate agent with deep roots in the area with in-depth knowledge and appreciation for Tennessee real estate I would love to assist you in achieving all of your real estate goals. Feel free to contact me today.

She knows this firsthand…she is living the dream on a small acreage with a ranch style home and a barn for her two horses. Let me go to work for you to make your dream come true!
Trey began to develop a passion for the outdoors at an early age. Much of his youth was spent in the outdoors hunting with his dad and grandfather. Early on, he began to foster an appreciation for the land because of the enjoyment and experiences it brought him. In 2006, Trey graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2016 he completed the MBA program at Colorado State University located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Trey has an extensive background in sales and account management with four fortune-500 companies.
Trey’s passion for the outdoors and his sales background naturally evolved into real estate; in 2015 he began to acquire and develop his own tracts of land for recreational and investment purposes throughout North Carolina. Trey enjoyed the processes of buying, selling, and making land improvements to his own properties. Therefore, he decided to get his real estate license to help others navigate the sometimes-intimidating process of buying and selling real estate. Since then, he has spent countless hours walking tracts of land and working with clients to reach their goals when selling their property. He actively works closely with sellers who have lifestyle properties like land, farms, and country estates. United Country Real Estate is the largest seller of land and lifestyle properties in the United States! Trey's knowledge of the land market coupled with his educational and professional background propels him to sell properties faster and for more money, ultimately helping his clients reach their goals.
Trey and his wife (Krystal) have two kids (Easton and Everly). They enjoy spending time together as a family outdoors. Boone, NC is one of their favorite places to enjoy the outdoors, especially in the fall and summer. During his free time Trey enjoys many types of hunting and spending time with his dad and son on his hunting properties.
